Train with Russian guest teacher Mrs. Elena Shokhina faculty of Space Coast Ballet, Miami Florida. Mrs. Shokhina graduated from the prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1991. Upon graduation, she performed with St. Petersburg Ballet Theatre, and reached the rank of Principal dancer. Her repertoire includes Romeo & Juliet, Paquita, Don Quixote, A Streetcar Named Desire, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty and Peter Pan among others. In 2000 Mrs. Elena Shokhina joined Nevada Ballet Theatre and danced principal roles in works by Peter Anastos, George Balanchine, Bruce Steivel, Kathryn Posin, Mark Diamond, Bruce Marks, James Jeon, Roy Tobias, and Val Caniparoli. Elena participated in the IX International Ballet Festival of Miami (IBFM) in 2004.
